The D-03R is Luxman's dedicated CD player for listeners who want their disc collection treated with the same care as high resolution files. A high rigidity CD only transport mechanism feeds a dual mono digital stage built around two ROHM BD34352EKV converters in monaural mode, with selectable digital filters and full MQA decoding including MQA-CD. External USB, coaxial and optical inputs let it double as the digital hub of the system, handling PCM to 384kHz 32 bit and DSD to 22.5MHz. A 3.2mm steel base and top plate, doubled DAC supply capacitance and balanced XLR outputs complete a genuinely serious source component.
