Product Overview

The BRAVIA Theatre Rear 9 turns a Sony soundbar or theatre system into a true surround setup without running speaker cable across the room. Each wireless rear enclosure carries a tweeter, a woofer and a dedicated up firing driver, six amplifier channels in total delivering 180W, so overhead effects land behind and above you rather than simply arriving from the back wall. Aluminium diaphragm drivers keep distortion low at volume, 360 Spatial Sound Mapping ties the rears into the front soundstage, and an adjustable swivel wall mount is supplied. Setup runs through the BRAVIA Connect app.
