1. Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products sold by Amplify AV are covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty are outlined in the product owner’s manual, or separate warranty card which is included in the box .. 2. Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, please contact the store where your purchase was made. Our team will assist you in arranging the return of the damaged item and will either provide a replacement or issue a refund. The damaged item must be returned in the condition it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
3. Faulty Items Under Warranty
If your product becomes faulty and is still within the warranty period, please provide us with the invoice details for verification. Once we issue a return authorisation:
- You will need to repack the product in its original packing with full accessories provided.
- We will arrange for a courier to pick up the faulty item(s) from you.
- All repair and shipping costs will be covered by us.
