The MartinLogan Variable Aperture System Subwoofer is a dedicated in-ceiling bass engine that hides behind an opening the size of a recessed downlight. Dual 5.5-inch high-output force-cancelling aluminium woofers with upgraded motor structures deliver high-impact bass down to 32Hz while eliminating vibration at the source. Partnered with Variable Aperture Speakers or any other in-ceiling system, it adds real low-frequency weight to distributed audio without a visible subwoofer. The included 3-inch trim and grille kit offers round and square options in three styles for a seamless finish.
