Product Overview

The SFC12-SYS isn’t just a subwoofer—it’s a custom-engineered system designed specifically for new construction. It combines the output and clarity of Paradigm’s acclaimed dual 3.75” x 15.35” (95mm x 390mm) Carbon-X force-cancelling driver architecture found in the SFC12-SW with a dedicated, acoustically matched backbox that simplifies installation and guarantees results. Predictable. Repeatable. Rock solid. This is bass built for the real world of architectural audio.

Key features:

  • Extruded aircraft-grade aluminium backbox chassis and diecast aluminium subwoofer baffle ensure rigidity for tighter bass and a secure, long-lasting durability.
  • Advanced Force-Canceling Driver Architecture and a proprietary isolation system work together to eliminate unwanted vibrations—preserving clarity, impact, and pure, uncolored sound at any volume.
  • Magnetically attached grilles use neodymium magnets and isolation pucks to ensure a secure, yet decoupled installation—eliminating unwanted resonance and preserving acoustic transparency.
  • Nickel-plated, spring-loaded binding posts feature a larger wire hole to accept higher-gauge wire.
  • Quality materials and engineering ensure long-lasting, reliable performance: a 1” (25mm) 6-layer voice coil on a high-temperature Kapton former, paired with dual Nomex cloth spiders.
